Honeywell Sports Centre

Opened in September 2008, the new state-of-the-art Honeywell Sports Centre at Barnsley College is available for public hire.

Facilities include:

• Floodlit 3rd Generation Artificial Grass pitch
• Multi Use Games Area
• Performance standard Sports Hall with a sprung loaded floor
• Professionally maintained grass football pitches
• Conference & Training rooms with interactive ILT facilities

Facilities can accomodate activities such as Football, Basketball, Netball, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and general skills and fitness sessions. National Governing Bodies and Sports Clubs are also welcome.

Bee Active Fun Club

The Bee Active Fun club is for children aged between 8-12 years. The day is filled with a range of activities including sports, fitness workouts, arts and crafts.

Soccer Camps
Offered throughout the holidays and run by qualified coaches, these skills camps are for children aged between
8-14 years old.
Times 10.00am-3.00pm

    As work on the development of Barnsley College’s new build continues the adjacent footpath on Church Street will be closed. The footpath, due to be closed for 8 weeks, will help create a lay-by for construction traffic and enable the access of the delivery of the tower crane. More.
