Course Content

This course focuses on the practical application of acting skills, demonstrated through a number of public and internal performance projects. You will develop your communication skills and self-confidence and will study areas including:

  • Performing to an audience
  • The principles of acting
  • Developing voice for the actor
  • Classical theatre performance
  • Drama improvisation
  • The practice of directing
  • Film and television

What can I do next?

Employment - This course could provide the foundations for a future career as an Actor in a range of Entertainment industries.

Education - You could progress onto Higher Education courses at university and specialist drama establishments such as Italia Conti or The Arden Theatre School.
