or Higher Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment

plus Pre-admission assessments

Course Content

You will study a range of core and optional units where you will learn a detailed approach to design, project management research and technical information including scientific and quantity calculations. Coursework you do will relate to realistic and practical projects. You will also learn about the career paths available within the industry. Core Units include:

  • Health, safety and welfare
  • Sustainable construction 
  • Mathematics, science and materials
  • Construction technology and design in construction and civil engineering 
  • Building technology in construction
