What subject areas will I study?

All students will take four core units-

• Health Safety and Welfare
• Construction and the Environment
• Construction Technology and Design
• Construction Science and Materials

All learners must take the following two specified units-

• Surveying Processes
• Analytical Methods

What equipment will I need?

You will require Pens, Paper, Drawing equipment, scientific calculator and identified text books.

How will I be assessed?

All units are assessed and graded and an overall grade for the qualification awarded

What qualification might I achieve?

Level 3 Diploma in Construction

Where can I go from here?

On completion of this programme, you may wish to progress onto Higher National Certificate in Building Studies.
