Course Content

You will gain hands-on experience by creating products for broadcast on the College’s television and radio stations as well as on the American cable television network. Previous students have visited Los Angeles to work on live television projects and have also taken part in the Real Radio Academy as well as entering and winning national competitions. You will study:

• Planning and production of media products such as short films, music videos, documentaries and advertisements
• Understanding of the creative media sector
• Professional practice in the media industries
• Animation techniques (3D/stop motion)
• Television studio production
• Multi-camera opportunities filming performing arts performances and music events
