Course Content

As an Apprentice you will be employed within a customer service role and attend College one day a week. You will study the following qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
  • Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service Skills

Education - You could go on to take higher level qualifications.
