This course is an introduction to the Hair and Beauty sector; you will be learning the basic skills required to assist a Hairdresser and Beauty Therapist in their role.  You will be working as a team to ensure a smooth salon environment. You will also study:

• Personal presentation skills
• Introduction to beauty therapy
• Assisting the stylist
• Health and safety
• Investigating the personal lifestyle
• Working together

Employment - This course can form the foundations for future work in this industry.

Education - On completion of the course you can progress onto higher level qualifications, such as Level 1 NVQ in Beauty Therapy.
