Course Content

This programme is offered as an Apprenticeship and involves four days a week training in a healthcare setting, for example in a home, hospital or GP surgery and one day attendance at College. As an Apprentice working in Health and Social Care you will assist Senior Care Workers and Social Workers to provide care services for adults. You will learn about:

  • Caring and promoting the wellbeing of your clients
  • Basic hygiene standards
  • Personal development
