Course Content
As an Apprentice you will be employed within a hospitality and catering establishment attending College one day a week. Topics include customer service, barista skills, preparation and cooking of food, professional bar and drinks service and food safety. You can choose from four options of specialist study:
- Professional cookery
- Food production and cooking
- Hospitality services
- Food and beverage service

Employment - On successful completion of this programme the qualification will enhance your prospects for employment within all areas of the Hospitality and Catering industry.
Education - You could progress to higher level qualifications either through an Advanced Apprenticeship or as full-time learner within the Catering and Hospitality department.
