Course Content

This programme enables you to prove your competence in a business environment to a nationally recognised level. It involves four and a half days per week training in an IT environment and one day attendance at College. Subjects covered will include:

  • Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in IT
  • IT maintenance and security
  • Artwork and imaging software
  • Internets, intranets, e-mail and website software
  • Word processing, spreadsheet and database software
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)

What can I do next?

Employment - On successful completion of the programme you could seek further employment in the industry.

Education - Alternatively you could progress onto Level 4 NVQ in Business Administration, first line management qualifications or a foundation degree.
