What will I study?

This class is specifically designed to improve your level of flexibility. Various exercises are taught that will help increase flexibility and suppleness, important for dancers but also for anyone wanting a better quality of life. This can be as energetic and challenging as one likes as the session moves at a pace to suit, but for all levels it is extremely rewarding!

Programme costs

The course will cost a total of £60 (FULL FEE PAYABLE)
*Fee remission or reduced fees are not available on full fee payable courses.
