Course Content

As an Apprentice you will be employed within a management role and attend one day per week in College. You will study the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management
  • Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management 
  • Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)

Progression

Employment-This course can provide the foundations for a future career as a First Line Manager, Shift Manager, Store Manager, Room Leader and other related roles.

Education- Many students go on to complete either the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Management or the ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management.
