Management Development Programme Apprenticeship Level 5

Entry Requirements
5 GCSEs at Grade A* to C including English Language
plus Successful completion of a skills test
plus Employed or written offer of employment in management
Course Content
As an Apprentice you will be employed within a management role and attend College one day a week. You will study the following qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 in Management
- Level 5 Certificate in Management
- Employment Right and Responsibilities (ERR)
Progression
Employment-This level 5 programme is designed for middle/intermediate line managers who are committed to a long term career in management and wish to gain professional status from the Chartered Management Institute.
Education- Many students go on to complete either the ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management or Edexcel Level 7 Extended Diploma in Management Studies.
