Course Content

This course will develop your knowledge and practical skills for supervising staff and events within the Catering industry. You will study how to supervise the work of staff including establishing and developing positive working relationships, how to maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment, as well as how to promote hospitality services and products. You will also learn how to supervise a function; maintaining a food and drink service whilst controlling practices for handling payments. You will achieve:

  • Level 2 in Professional Food and Beverage Supervision and Leadership
  • City and Guilds Level 2 Barista Skills 
  • City and Guilds Level 2 in Bartending Cocktail Skills
