Course Content

As an Apprentice you will be employed within a retail environment and attend College one day a week. You will study the following qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Retails Skills
  • Level 3 Certificate in Retail Skills Operations

What can I do next?

Employment - This course can lead to positions such as Sales Associate, Retail Assistant, Customer Service Advisor or other related employment.

Education - You could go on to take other higher level qualifications.
