Course Content

As an Apprentice you will be employed within a team leader role and attend College one day a week. You will study the following qualifications:

  • Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading
  • Level 2 ILM Certificate in Team Leading
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)

What can I do next?

Employment - This course can provide the foundations for a future career as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Charge Hand or other related roles.

Education - Alternatively you may wish to progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management or other higher level qualifications.
