Course Content

This course programme is offered as an Apprenticeship and involves four days a week working in an engineering environment and one day attendance at College where you will study:

  • Using and maintaining tools
  • Material handling equipment and welding equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Arc, gas and resistance welding
  • Laying out cutting and forming metals to specifications
