Barnsley College’s success rates are the best in the region, and among the best in the country, according to the latest report from the Skills Funding Agency.

The report shows the college’s overall success rates in the 2013/14 academic year were 86.2%, making it the number one further education (FE) college in the South Yorkshire region.

The success rate for 16-18 year olds was 86.1%, putting Barnsley College 29th out of 218 FE colleges nationally, while Apprenticeship course success rates were 87.5%, putting the college 5th in the country.
