Barnsley College is hosting an Apprenticeship Pop Up Shop on Wednesday 27 January 2016.
Those wanting to know more about apprenticeships and training courses available at the college will be able to talk to advisors about their options. Those needing help finding a job can get help from our industry specialists and have access to computer resources to apply for vacancies.
The Pop Up Shop will be open between 3pm – 7pm, and will be held at the Queen’s Court Business Centre, Regent Street, Barnsley, S70 2EG.
The college offers a range of apprenticeships from Business Administration to Childcare, Engineering to Warehousing and Logistics at all levels. There are also a variety of short courses available for those looking for work, many including work related modules such as preparation for interviews and developing your CV.
Jenny Gedlek, Head of Work Based Learning at Barnsley College, said: “We are working with schools, local employers, and Barnsley Jobcentre to provide apprenticeship opportunities for those wanting to start their career or upskill in their existing job.
“The Pop Up Shops are a relaxed event and are great if you have questions or just want to talk to someone about your options, so come along.”
