This course will have various start times throughout the year and will run for one day from 9am until 2pm. The first class will run on Monday 20 April 2020.
Have you been inspired by The Great British Bake Off? Our advanced bread course is designed for confident home bakers and those who have practiced, perhaps having enjoyed our artisan bread making for beginners in the past.
You will learn how to make a variety of bread based recipes, including Brioche, Devon Splits, Doughnuts, Bath Buns and Chelsea Buns.
Course Fees: £50 Full Fee Payable.
If the course is listed as full fee payable, you will have to pay for the course.
