This course will have various start times throughout the year. The course will run for one day from 9am until 2pm. Dates still to be confirmed.
You will have completed the ‘Bread Making course for Beginners’ or be confident in making bread.
You will achieve a Barnsley College certificate.
Have you been inspired by The Great British Bake Off? Our Advanced Bread Making course is designed for confident home bakers and those who have practiced, perhaps having enjoyed our artisan bread making for beginners in the past.
You will learn how to make a variety of bread based recipes, including Brioche, Devon Splits, Doughnuts, Bath Buns and Chelsea Buns.

You could try a range of our other courses in catering, Curry Club, Cake Decorating, or have a go at one of our Catering Packages, Hospitality Package or Food and Beverage Package
