Course overview

Whether you’re just starting out with bread or you’re something of an artisan home baker, our baking courses offer something for everyone.

Nothing beats making your own bread. Ever wished you could make your own bread? Then this is the course for you!

Course content

Learn all about ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping as you bake your way to success. Master the baking process as you create a range of delicious breads including baguettes, focaccia and sour dough bread on this hands on one-day course in our professional kitchen.
