You will be assessed by course work for skills network modules and online assessment for Maths and English.
The course will commence in September 2020 and can take up to 36 weeks to complete.
There are no formal qualifications required for this course, however in line with the sector you aim to work in, we would ask that you have the following qualities:
Good communication skills, caring, patient, good listening skills and non-judgemental.
This course is designed for 19+ adult learners who wish to work in health, social care, childcare or education professions but do not currently have the required qualifications. This course will prepare you for progression to our Access to Higher Education and a career in the previously listed sectors.
Maths and English will be included in the timetable alongside modules which include British values, study skills and safeguarding.
