Course overview

The objective of this qualification is to prepare you for employment in the catering industry. Learners gaining this qualification will know that food safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in the storage, preparation, cooking serving and handling of food. The topics covered are regarded by the Food Standards Agency as being essential to maintain good practice.
