Start Date / Duration

This course is planned to start in September 2024. This is a two-year course.

Entry requirements

You must have a minimum of four GCSEs at grade 4 or above.

You will achieve

T Level in Beauty.

Course overview

Students will develop an understanding of a broad range of issues relevant to the sector, including:

  • Business context, including how the sector operates
  • Health and Safety regulations
  • Safe working practices
  • An understanding of the client journey
  • Client consultation
  • Sales and marketing
  • Business practices
  • Self-development

In addition to the core content, each student will also complete at least one module of occupation-specific content.

Course content

In addition to developing your knowledge and understanding through completing the core elements alongside your specialism, you will be expected to complete an employer’s set project as well as work experience.

This will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with leading employers, developing your knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours for working in the industry.

English, Maths, and digital provision are also built into the T Level, meaning students will be given a solid foundation of transferable skills.

How much does the course cost?

Full-time College students aged 16-18 years old do not have to pay tuition fees.
