This course will start on 12 April and will run on Monday evenings for five weeks between 4.30pm – 7.00pm.
You should be aged between 11 to 15 years to do this programme.
A College ‘Certificate of Attendance’ is awarded on completion of the programme.
Junior Chef is a unique opportunity for young people interested in cooking to learn the basic skills and techniques needed to embark on a lifetime of cooking. We are passionate about encouraging children and young adults to cook. This course gives them a chance to work in and enjoy the experience of a fully equipped professional kitchen.
The programme covers basic cookery skills, plus savoury and sweet items, in order to develop an interest in cookery. It also enables you to meet others with a similar interest.
