Junior Chefs Academy offers a cookery course for 10-16-year-olds. Learn from expert chefs who will teach you professional techniques and industry secrets. You'll cook a main course dish using seasonal ingredients. The course includes cooking meat, fish, veggies, baking, food safety, and menu planning. Enjoy guest chef lessons and compete in cooking contests in top-notch kitchens. All ingredients are provided; just bring a large container to take your dish home.
