We will send you an invitation for your enrolment session at the beginning of August. In line with government guidelines, you will go to the college’s Electric Theatre to take your Covid test, then proceed to the Sixth Form College to begin your enrolment session. At enrolment, you will be given the opportunity to tour the facilities and staff will be on hand to answer any questions. The whole process may take up to two hours, so please plan for this.

Here is a useful enrolment checklist.

Before you enrol check that you have done the following:

  1. Logged into your personal OnTrack account, checked your details and made any amendments.
  2. Added all your subject grades and uploaded your evidence to the Ontrack portal.
  3. Completed the Covid consent form.

At enrolment, remember to:

  1. Check your enrolment letter to see which College campus you need to go to.
  2. Arrive at your specified time.
  3. Bring paper evidence of your GCSE grades with you.
  4. Allow up to two hours for your enrolment session. You will take a Covid test, speak to a tutor and tour the facilities.

If you are enrolling online, you will need to have done the following before you are called:

  1. Logged into your personal OnTrack account, checked your details and made any amendments. Please make sure your telephone number is correct as this is how the tutor will be contacting you.
  2. Added all your subject grades and uploaded your evidence to the OnTrack portal.
  3. Checked your enrolment letter to see what time your enrolment is taking place.
  4. Make sure you are available at that time and you have chosen a suitable, quiet location.
