We will send you details of how to enrol at the beginning of August. Our enrolment starts on Monday 16 August 2021.

At enrolment you will be given the opportunity to tour the facilities and staff will be on hand to answer any questions.

Coronavirus: We are following the current government guidelines, which means you will be booked in for an onsite Covid test before you start your enrolment session.

Here is a useful enrolment checklist.

Before you enrol check that you have done the following:

  1. Logged into your personal OnTrack account, checked your details and made any amendments.
  2. Added all your subject grades and uploaded your evidence to the Ontrack portal.
  3. Completed the Covid consent form.

At enrolment, remember to:

  1. Check your enrolment letter to see which College campus you need to go to.
  2. Arrive at your specified time.
  3. Bring paper evidence of your GCSE grades with you.
  4. Allow up to two hours for your enrolment session. You will take a Covid test, speak to a tutor and tour the facilities.

If you are enrolling online, you will need to have done the following before you are called:

  1. Logged into your personal OnTrack account, checked your details and made any amendments. Please make sure your telephone number is correct as this is how the tutor will be contacting you.
  2. Added all your subject grades and uploaded your evidence to the OnTrack portal.
  3. Checked your enrolment letter to see what time your enrolment is taking place.
  4. Make sure you are available at that time and you have chosen a suitable, quiet location.

We understand that this year things have been very different. if you didn’t get the grades you were hoping for, but you still want to enrol for the subject you applied for, then still come along to your enrolment appointment. You may still be able to enrol on the same subject but at a different level.
