Returning Students (Vocational and A Level)

Welcome back to College!

Your tutor should have re-enrolled you onto the next year of your course. You will receive an email with log in details for your online enrolment portal. You will be asked to check your details and tell us if anything has changed, for example your mobile number or emergency contact details.

You will be able to view the course details, accept the terms and conditions and confirm your enrolment the tutor will contact you with details about your induction and your timetable for the new academic year.

We will send you an invitation for your online enrolment session in August. Please note we are enrolling from 20-28 August 2020.

On-line enrolment will take 3 easy steps

STEP 1 – A tutor will phone at the time specified. Discuss your thoughts about future careers and interests. Confirm your GCSE grades or any other qualifications if applicable. Give you all the information about the course and when to start. (If preferred this may also be arranged via Microsoft TEAMS).

STEP 2 – Log in to your online enrolment portal. (If you haven’t already had an interview you may need to create an account first).

STEP 3 – Simply check your details, upload any evidence as discussed, such as a copy of your qualifications (where applicable), accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm your enrolment.

The majority of enrolments will be done on line however, we appreciate that in some cases this may not be possible. Please contact our helpline to make alternative arrangements Tel No 01226 216106.

We are continuing with telephone interviews during the summer. You will receive an email with further details including an appointment when a tutor will ring within the specified hourly time slot.

The new term starts Tuesday 1 September 2020, however due to the current Covid-19 situation we will be operating staggered start dates and times. Your tutor will provide all the details about your induction and timetable at the point of enrolment.

20/21 Academic Year term dates are available on our website.

The way we adapted to online delivery during lockdown, has given us a really good head start. In line with government guidelines for class sizes and social distancing measures, ‘blended learning’ will be the way to go, with a mixture of online delivery and practical, on-site taught sessions.  We will keep you informed of these arrangements as we move forward through the next phase. Our key priority as always is the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
