We will send you an invitation for your enrolment session at the beginning of August. You will go to the Sixth Form College to begin your enrolment session. At enrolment, you will be given the opportunity to tour the facilities and staff will be on hand to answer any questions. The whole process may take up to two hours, so please plan for this.

Here is a useful enrolment checklist.

Before you enrol check that you have done the following:

  1. Logged into your personal OnTrack account, checked your details and made any amendments.
  2. Added all your subject grades and uploaded your evidence to the Ontrack portal.

At enrolment, remember to:

  1. Check your enrolment letter to see which College campus you need to go to.
  2. Arrive at your specified time.
  3. Bring paper evidence of your GCSE grades with you.

Don’t panic! We understand that things have been very different these past few years; we will discuss all options on an individual basis and support you in making the right choices.

Have a look at the page about A Level entry requirements on the Barnsley Sixth Form College website.
