Digital Marketing work experience up for grabs

Bigfoot Digital is inspiring our students to take the next step in their career with help from a work experience programme.

Bigfoot Digital, based at the Digital Media Centre, Barnsley, is offering all students the chance to secure a paid work placement at their award-winning digital marketing agency.

The placements are suitable for anyone looking for an insight into agency life and wanting to try their hand at a range of challenging design and marketing campaigns. There is no need to have prior digital marketing experience or marketing qualifications, just a positive attitude and a passion for the industry.

Emily Cocker, Digital Marketing Executive at Bigfoot Digital, said: “Work experience is a great way to get your foot in the door and learn more about the industry. You’ll meet some friendly faces along the way and gain real experience that looks great on your CV.

“Our past work experience students have all gone on to secure graduate jobs or a full-time position with us. It really is a great opportunity.”

The placements themselves are varied including, blogging, social media, editing images and designing websites. No day is the same and is filled with activities that are stimulating and inspire creative thinking.
