Students and staff from Barnsley Sixth Form College donned their Christmas jumpers to raise money for Save the Children.

The A Level students and staff wore their festive fashions on Friday 12 December, the official Christmas Jumper Day, and also sold home baked treats to raise a total of £245 for the charity.

Organiser Alex Davies, Library Administration Assistant at Barnsley Sixth Form College, said: “It was brilliant to see so many of our students and staff members get involved in Christmas Jumper Day. We are very pleased to have raised £245 for Save the Children whilst having a fun and festive day in college.”
