Yes, you will be required to provide your GCSE results slip and a form of ID at enrolment. Photographic ID is preferred, but we accept the following:

  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • ID card or other form of national ID
  • National Insurance card
  • Certificate of entitlement to funding

We offer four Free College Bus Services. The bus routes are FREE for you if you are a student at Barnsley College, Barnsley College University Centre or Barnsley Sixth Form College. At this time, the buses are running on a “first-come, first-served” basis and students do not need to book a place to access these services. Each route will operate in the morning in order to get you into College before lessons start and a return service will operate from Old Mill Lane at the end of the day.
