I hereby consent to the use of photographs, personal information (i.e. name, course title) and/or video of myself taken by member of the College or by agents authorised on behalf of the College, either separately or together, either wholly or in part in any way in official publications and publicity materials.

Change of circumstances
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the College's Marketing, Communications and PR Department if for any reason I wish to withdraw permission to use this material. In these circumstances the College will not use your image and details in any new publicity from the date of receipt of any additional notification and will endeavour to remove your image/information from as much already published materials as possible. I also consent to the College contacting me to update my profile in the future.
