The staff and students at The Open Kitchen would like to thank guests for their continued support throughout the academic year 2019/2020

Opening Times

Monday – Wednesday 8.30am – 3.0opm

Thursday 8.30am – 3.00pm (6.30pm – 10.00pm on selected Thursday Evenings (For reservations, please book by using our online booking form or phone us on 01226 216365)

Friday 8.00am – 2.30pm

Breakfast

Breakfast is now available in The Open Kitchen from 8.30am – 10.30am

Lunch

Lunch is served Monday – Friday  from 12.00pm – 1.15pm

Selected Thursday Evenings

Our five course evening dinner is served once a fortnight.

We have a small menu that allows us to concentrate on offering seasonal items when they are at their peak of freshness.

Fancy a Coffee?

The Open Kitchen is open for Coffee all day from Monday to Friday.

Don’t you just hate it when you go into Coffee Shop and they don’t ask you. ”How do you like your coffee?” At The Open Kitchen we want you to enjoy every drink you have with us. We will always ask you how you like your drinks.

Coffee Lounge

As The Open Kitchen is closed during the college holidays or other college events, reservation will not be able to made during these times. Please call us in advance on 01226 216365 or email – Theopenkitchen@barnsley.ac.uk.

For parties of 6 or more dining at lunchtime or in the evening, as deposit will be required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your reservation date, £3.00 per person for Lunch and £5.00 per person for Dinner.

All deposits are non – refundable and non transferable, but if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, the amount already paid will be honoured against the remainder of the account.
