Take part in our new meditation programme, the programme is designed to help you learn about meditation and practice meditation skills.
This is a four week programme focussing on sleep and how meditation can improve your sleep.
Sessions take place on Microsoft Teams every Friday, 12.00pm-12.30pm, starting Friday 22 January 2021.

University Mental Health Day takes place on Thursday 4 March 2021. To celebrate this, we will be hosting a drop-in session to discuss mental health and starting conversations. This will be an opportunity for you to meet the Health and Wellbeing team and chat about mental health. The session will take place on Zoom, Thursday 4 March 2021, 12.00pm-13.00-pm.
