It’s not too late to study a Hair and Beauty course with us this September.
With courses suitable for anyone wishing to pursue a career in Hair and Beauty, you will learn an array of skills and techniques used within the industry such as cutting and colouring hair, creative hairdressing and body massage, spa treatments, facials, and the application of artificial nails.
Completing a Hair and Beauty course will prepare you for the next step in your career. The types of jobs that you could go on to include a Barber, Beauty Consultant, Hairstylist, Nail Technician, Salon Manager or a Spa Therapist.
You will be taught by industry experienced teaching staff and will study in professionally equipped training salons at College.
In response to the current government guidance in relation to Covid-19, smaller class sizes and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
Anita Wilkinson, Head of Hair and Beauty at Barnsley College, said: “Our courses will help students to build good foundations and enhance their knowledge and understanding in Hair and Beauty enabling them to progress onwards to further study or employment.”
