You can still apply to study for a Higher Education course in September 2020

We are continuing to accept both full time and part time applications for our Higher Education courses starting in September 2020.

We understand that this is a difficult time and want to reassure you that your application and future plans are important to us.

Whilst we are not holding any face to face interviews at the moment, we will still process your application and, where possible, a telephone interview will take place. The details will be communicated to you via email.

Due to the current national situation regarding exams this will be taken into consideration. Please do not worry.

Once the College sites re-open we will invite you in to meet the tutors, have a look around the facilities and take part in taster sessions.

Please don’t worry that you haven’t attended a formal interview, this will not affect your chances of joining us. We have a wide range of courses available and will work closely with you to guide you through your learner journey.

Our website contains lots of useful information and will be updated with key messages during this period of time.   We have also provided a list of useful links, however if you have any questions or would like any further Information Advice & Guidance you can email the team at info@barnsley.ac.uk.

We will continue to keep you updated throughout this difficult time. We hope you and those you love, remain safe and healthy and we look forward to welcoming you to the College in the near future.

Kind Regards

Mel Jenkinson
