  1. You will learn in our fantastic Construction Centre, which has innovative and inspiring work areas with industry led equipment. Visit the Construction Centre campus page to find out about the equipment available and take a 360 tour.

  2. You will have the opportunity to undertake work experience within the industry, providing you with further skills for your future career.

  3. You will learn in dedicated workshops for the construction trades including bricklaying, carpentry and joinery, plastering, painting and decorating and plumbing.

  4. You will get an opportunity to showcase your skills at regional and national events in recognised trade competitions. In 2023, the College hosted the SkillBuild regional qualifiers where our students enjoyed success in the carpentry and bricklaying sections.

  5. We offer Construction Higher National Qualifications (HTQs). Visit the HTQ department page to find out about these qualifications.
