Class Profiles

RunX– a 30 minute class which is a heart pumping blend of running. A mix of high intensity and cardiovascular endurance workout.

 Strength and Fitness– a varied class in the gym that can be absolutely anything tailored towards the participants goals.

 Metafit– A short sharp high intensity interval class

 Spin/ Studio Cycling– A high intensity cycling workout in our state of the art spin studio.

 Step Class– A functional step aerobics class taught by Mad June of Barnsley!

 Running Circuit– An indoor circuit class/boot camp in the Sport centre sports hall for all fitness levels.

 Legs, bums & tums– a fun, simple and effective exercise class aiming to shift fat from those target areas.

 Endurance Circuit– A brilliant way to improve you aerobic fitness, using tried and tested methods of running and bodyweight movements to help you to achieve your fitness goals.

 Circuit– A fast paced class with varied exercises every week and a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and strength training.

 Kickboxing– A form of martial arts which combines boxing and elements of karate alongside improving fitness.

 Pilates– A great class aimed at improving posture while developing strength and flexibility across the body.

 Dance fitness– a fun and insightful view in to the world of formation dance while improving fitness.

 HIIT– an early morning HIIT aimed at burning as many calories as possible and getting your day off to the best possible start.

Kettlebells– 30 minute fitness class aimed at burning fat and sculpting the body.

 Box fitness– 30 minute class combing boxing and fitness for all abilities.

 Battle ropes– A fun and high calorie output experience, using a mixture of weighted and battle rope based exercises to improve strength and achieve a high amount of fat burning fitness.

 Core- 30 minute core focused class, we aim to achieve not only a flat stomach but a strong core to improve every day functionality.

Weight Loss Boot camp– a Gym based class aimed at burning as many calories as possible while toning the body.

 Boxercise– A class tailored around boxing while improving cardiovascular fitness and strength in the process.

Outdoor Bootcamp– A challenging outdoor class with everything from tyre flips to hill sprints no matter the weather sun, rain or snow.
