You can use Discovery to search not only Barnsley College books but also many of our online collections of ebooks and journal articles all together from one search box. This is the best place to start your search for academic information whatever the subject. If it is academic articles you are looking for, limit your search in Discovery to Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.
OpenAthens is our username and password system for access to Discovery and Barnsley College online subscriptions. It also lists on MyAthens all the online collections available. If you want to search a specific collection you can access it here by clicking on the database name. Tick the box in front of the database name to add it to your Favourites. Descriptions under each database name give you key information on what it covers and how to make the most of this resource. (D) after a name shows that this collection is included in Discovery.
