Management and Leadership (CMI) Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma

The Leadership and Management course is aimed at practising or aspiring managers who manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes, setting and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day-to-day operational and project activities are a key part of their role. The course includes mandatory and optional units to match your work responsibilities, equipping you with essential management skills.

Units include:

  • Principles of Leadership and Management

  • Managing a team to achieve results

  • Building stakeholder relationships

  • Responding to conflict in a workplace

  • Managing daily activities to achieve results

  • Managing budgets

  • Managing data and information

  • Personal and professional development

One unit will be covered each month with the expectation that assignments will be completed before the next session. Monthly one-to-one sessions are held at our Old Mill lane campus.

This is a part-time work-based course. An applicant can start on the Award and, if they wish to, continue onto the Certificate and then onto the Diploma.

Course Fees and Funding

How much does the course cost?

Management and Leadership (CMI) Level 3 Award £350. Management and Leadership (CMI) Level 3 Certificate £650. There is no funding available for these two option so applicants must pay the full cost. Management and Leadership (CMI) Level 3 Diploma £724.

If the course is listed as 'full fee payable', you will have to pay for the course.
