Careers Lead
Hayley Allsopp – Vice Principal Students
Our Careers Leader, Hayley, plays a vital role in driving forward a high-quality careers programme that meets the expectations of the Gatsby Benchmarks. As the designated lead, she is responsible for ensuring our careers provision is strategically planned, effectively delivered, and clearly communicated to students, parents, and external providers.
Hayley works closely with staff, employers, and our Career and Enterprise Hub to embed careers education across the curriculum and to ensure every student is supported in making informed choices about their future. Through her leadership, we are dedicated to providing students with meaningful and impactful career guidance.
