Entry requirements

A general interest in cooking, it is suitable for beginners. This course is for people of all ages. Under 15s to be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Course overview

Get ready to dive into the vibrant and tasty world of Indian street food with our special cooking session! Imagine making crispy samosas and flavourful bhajis from scratch. Our awesome chef instructors will show you step-by-step how to mix, shape, and fry these snacks to perfection. Whether you’re already a kitchen whiz or just starting out, you’ll pick up tricks and tips that will make your snacks the star of any get-together. And, of course, you’ll get to taste everything you make!

No assessment.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, full-cover shoes. College will provide an apron, ingredients and all other equipment. We would advise you bring along something to take your Asian street food home in if you need to.

You may want to do another upcoming Street Food Series course.

 

How much does the course cost?

This course costs £25. There is no funding available for this course, so all learners must pay the full fee.
