Street Food Series - Indian Street Food will run on Tuesday 12 November 2024. It will run from 6:00pm until 8:30pm.
A general interest in cooking, it is suitable for beginners. This course is for people of all ages. Under 15s to be accompanied by a full-paying adult.
There is no qualification with this course.
Immerse yourself in the vibrant and aromatic world of Indian street food with our exclusive cookery session. Our expert chef lecturers will guide you through the process of creating two iconic Indian snacks: samosas and bhajis. From preparing the pastry to crafting the perfect fillings and frying them to golden perfection, you’ll learn all the tips and tricks to master these delicious treats.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, full-cover shoes. College will provide an apron, ingredients and all other equipment. We would advise you bring along something to take your Asian street food home in if you need to.
You may want to do another upcoming Street Food Series course.
This course costs £25. There is no funding available for this course, so all learners must pay the full fee.
If the course is listed as full fee payable, you will have to pay for the course.
