The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety will give you invaluable knowledge and skills and a globally respected qualification that supports your current role and your long-term career.

The qualification is:

Course content

You will study these units:

  • How to effectively manage health and safety
  • How to identify and control common workplace hazards
  • How to measure if you’ve been successful
  • The UK’s key legal requirements

You will complete an exam. The dates are set by the awarding organisation.

If you are aged 16 – 19 and don’t already have a grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths they will automatically be included in your study programme. If you want to work towards higher grades in English and Maths we can help you do that too.
