This course has various start dates and it will take 36 weeks to complete.
No prior qualifications are required to study this course. There are no formal entry requirements.
You will achieve a Level 2 Principles of Customer Service TQUK Certificate.
The purpose of the qualification is to develop your knowledge and understanding of customer service.
To achieve this qualification, you will study three mandatory units and choose four optional units from the list below:

You will need access to a computer and the internet.
Upon completion, you could progress on to study the Level 3 Principles of Customer Service Certificate.
This course may be FREE to you subject to eligibility criteria. Funding is available for those claiming benefits or on a low wage. (Eligibility criteria applies.) If you are not entitled to any funding the course fee is £362.

Having good English and Maths qualifications are important for most careers and we want to give you the help you need to succeed.
If you are aged 16 – 19 and don’t already have a grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths they will automatically be included in your study programme. If you want to work towards higher grades in English and Maths we can help you do that too.
Need a higher level Maths qualification? We offer a Level 3 Mathematical Studies (Core Maths).
