About the event
If you want to learn about social media and why it’s important to business along with how you can get involved in offering work-based opportunities to our students, then come along to this informal networking event.
Attendees will hear from Brett Riley-Tomlinson, owner of Novus Marketing Solutions, who will speak about the importance of social media. Jess Widdowson, Enterprise Engagement Officer at Barnsley College, will speak about Talent United, the College’s employer engagement initiative, which aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, and how you can get involved!
Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary refreshments and get to see one of the hottest new venues in town.
The event is being held on Thursday 18 July, 5.00pm – 6.30pm at the Library @ the Lightbox, May Day Green, Barnsley, S70 1RD.
