Mental health includes emotional, psychological and social wellbeing, affecting our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
We want to use the term Mental-Wealth, as this allows us to focus on positive strategies and the things that we learn about ourselves to help us maintain our Mental Wellbeing.

Find a local NHS mental health helpline for 24 hour advice and support.

Local Health and Wellbeing services

We are excited to introduce our new health and wellbeing services map. You can navigate the map to find the services that are located in your local area as well as locating the services that are in Barnsley town centre.
