Looking after your physical and mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. You can speak to any member of College staff if you need any support, or just some advice.

You can visit the College’s Health and Wellbeing Hub for more information, advice and guidance you might need regarding your own mental health and wellbeing, or someone else you might be concerned for.

If you require support outside of College hour, there are support services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:
