We have excellent facilities that are tailored to the development of Esport, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship including a dedicated Esports Arena along with a state-of-the-art classroom environment. Take a 360 tour of the SciTech Digital Innovation Hub.
There is the opportunity to be involved in our Esports Academy, which competes in the British Esports Association Championships.
Our Esports team is known as Barnsley Griffins and we compete in a range of competitive Esports games including FIFA, Rocket League, Smash Bros, League of Legends, Overwatch, Valorant, HADO and more!
You will also benefit from inspiring talks, workshops and masterclasses from guest speakers.
You can study Esports in Barnsley up to Level 6 by progressing to a degree at Barnsley College University Centre which means that there is something on offer for those who are just starting their career as well as those who are looking to specialise.

You will study in our Esports Arenas with industry standard equipment such as gaming consoles, HADO AR technology, shout casting equipment and high-end gaming computers.
